Frederick Schilling has seen a few people roll their eyes and dismiss
his product. He has endured negative reaction from retail buyers. But
Schilling, 30, the founding alchemist of Dagoba Chocolate, an organic
chocolate manufacturer in Boulder, is so passionate about his chocolate
- and so persistent - that he has succeeded in persuading some pretty
big names to carry the candy. "I pounded the pavement,'' Schilling
