We accept Visa and MasterCard for internet orders. If you would like to pay by check please call 1-866-237-0152 to place an order. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

International Orders:

At this time we only ship to destinations within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Ordering Information:

You can send each line item in your shopping basket to a different recipient. To send multiple gifts in a single order, individually add each gift you wish to send to the basket. For example: if you want to send one person 5 boxes of Mosaics, add five boxes at once; but if you want to send five different people a box of Mosaics, add one Mosaic box 5 times, so that there are separate line items for each recipient.

During checkout you can now set up an address book to manage your gift recipients.

A six-line gift message can be added to each order. The messages are printed on elegant, folding cards and enclosed with your order.

We have a "Future Ship Date" option, so you can order your gifts early and avoid the holiday rushes. Please select a hold date at least 2 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the day you want your package to arrive. Please refer to the shipping methods information below to ensure that you schedule your order correctly. Please note: We process orders Monday through Friday at Noon PST. Please note that during the busy holiday season it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Orders placed after Noon PST will, at the earliest, be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Charges:

We only ship to locations within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address. Standard shipping rates are currently in effect.

Standard Shipping Methods :

Weather permitting we ship Monday through Friday. We offer Ground (1 - 5 business day transit time depending on destination), 2 Day, and Next Day shipping options. Please note that transit times are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii take an extra business day in transit. If you are shipping to multiple recipients you can choose different shipping options for each recipient.

Shipping charges are caculated automatically, based on the dollar value of the product being shipped to each recipient as follows:

Warm Weather Shipping Methods :

During the warm months of Spring and Summer (generally April through October) to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition we restrict shipping options to 2 Day and Next Day Service for most of the country, and only allow Ground Service to those zip codes within our 2 day Ground delivery zone (most of California, western Oregon, and western Washington).

Ground & 2 Day Air: When warm weather shipping is in effect, we will ship orders with 2 Day and Ground shipping Monday through Wednesday only. For example, if you order by Noon pm PST on Monday using 2 Day shipping we will ship your order that day for arrival by end of day Wednesday. If you order Wednesday after the Noon PST cutoff, we will ship your order on the following Monday.

Next Day Air : Next Day Air orders are shipped Monday through Thursday while warm weather shipping policies are in effect. If you order after 1:00pm PST on Thursday your order will be held until the following Monday and shipped for Tuesday delivery.

Shipping costs covers the cost of all insulated packaging to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition.

Weekend Delivery : We do not currently provide weekend delivery service.

The cost of shipping includes insulated shipping cartons and gel ice packs when required.

How will I know it has been processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday at Noon PST. Please note that during the busy holiday season (like right now!) it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Orders placed after Noon PST will, at the earliest, be processed the following business day. If you provide a valid e-mail address when you place your order, you will be notified by e-mail when your order is processed and will also be sent a shipping confirmation notice. We have two permanent retail stores, one located at 3489 16th Street in San Francisco, CA, and the other at 356 Santana Row, Suite 1025 in San Jose, CA. Our products are sold at department stores such as Macy's, Bloomingdales and if you call us at 1-866-237-0152 we can give you the names of independent retailers carrying our products in your area.
