Singling out the Best, Direct from the Source
The core of our work is a never ending journey in search of exceptional cacao that benefits people and planet while offering the best of all worlds to chocolate lovers. Working directly with producers and suppliers with high standards has always been important in our goal to source cacao in alignment with our Full Circle Sustainability principles:
Quality: High grade, fine flavor cacao...edible gold.
Ecology: Organic and sustainably grown in ways that protect and restore surrounding tropical ecosystems
Equity: Good labor practices and a safe work environment
Community: Cacao producers reinvest in their communities
Founder Frederick Schilling regularly travels to cacao producing countries to meet with current suppliers and seek out new ones. Through this work, we've seen producers become friends, and have been able to collaborate on projects that maintain cacao quality, enhance collective selling, improve productivity, restore tropical ecosystems, build and maintain soil, protect water, enhance biodiversity and support community development.
We seek to uphold the same principles in sourcing all of our ingredients, and running our business. Our chocolate connects producers, consumers and the environment in delicious, lasting partnerships.
